The Tiny House at Resort Kagerplassen in Warmond shows that you don't need a lot of space to have a wonderful stay. This freestanding wooden house for four combines a smart layout with a warm atmosphere, surrounded by greenery and just a short distance from the water.

Layout and facilities

On the ground floor you'll find a cosy sitting area with television and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor. A ladder takes you up to the sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a separate bedroom with a double bed. Outside, the terrace with garden furniture and parasol invites you to linger long into the evening.

Surroundings and day trips

From Resort Kagerplassen you can step straight onto the water. The marina and boat ramp are on the park grounds, and the Kagerplassen lakes are ideal for sailing, stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing. Electric bikes are available to hire on site for rides through the Green Heart of Holland or along the polders. Leiden is just a fifteen-minute drive away, and the beaches of Noordwijk and Katwijk aan Zee are also well within reach.
